About me

"If the brain were so simple we could understand it, we would be so simple we couldn't." - Lyall Watson

I'm a 22 year old neuroscience graduate and science communication postgrad student, trying to make sense of the lump of tissue in our heads that dictates everything we have ever thought, felt or known!

Since starting my undergraduate course at university I hoped to find an outlet where I could write down thoughts on topics that interest me, as well as provide a platform for further discussion with others. wanted to improve my writing skills but also keep up to date with recent innovations in the scientific world. Two years ago I decided writing a blog would be a great way to do this, and have been regularly posting ever since!

In the future I hope to enter the field of medical/science communications, and am currently studying for my MSc in Science Communication.

I hope you enjoy my blog!
